Multiple French and world champion in downhill mountain biking, Fabien Barel is a true Ambassador for Les Gets.
After a career of more than fifteen years he holds one of the finest collections of medals for his discipline.
Gifted with rare human qualities and an unfailing motivation for all kinds of challanges, he puts his all into both his sporting career and other projects dear to him.
As well as competing at top level, he has become involved in humanitarian and environmental projects. Thanks to his experience out in the field, he is also a major contributing factor to the fact that the sport is becoming a firm favourite with younger riders, and notably the Subaru Team.
In Les Gets, Fabien is the Bike Park’s valued advisor, and a measure of the resort’s success.
